Refund Policy
Before the event
There will be a refund fee if you request a refund before the event has started.
- More than 30 days prior to the event – 25% refund fee
- Between 7-30 days prior to the event – 50% refund fee
- Less then 7 days prior to the event – 75% refund fee
- Special circumstances – In cases of serious unforeseen circumstances that prevent event attendance, refunds will be considered.
